We are an entirely independent, family-run business, established in Eastbourne in 1991, offering a friendly, reliable and professional service for home and business users in Hastings, Eastbourne and the East Sussex area.
From 1991 to 2011, we were based from a shopfront in Grove Road, Eastbourne, before moving to 99c Cavendish Place, where our shopfront was based until May 2020. Since then we are now based at 16 Gildredge Road, Eastbourne.
As with many businesses, the COVID pandemic forced our shop to close for some time and we operated from our workshop in St. Leonards. We soon realised that in the future, we could serve our customers better by working from our St. Leonards workshop and not from our Eastbourne shopfront.
We achieved this by offering a combination of free collection and delivery services, telephone support and onsite visits. These changes have also helped us reduce the business's carbon footprint while saving you hassle, time, and fuel costs.
We offer a wide range of computer services in Hastings, Eastbourne and the wider East Sussex area.
We offer new systems to homes and businesses. A basic home laptop or desktop to business specific computers and servers.
We can repair your machine remotely, in our workshop or at your home or place of business.
Support contracts are available for homes and businesses. We offer three different support packages so you can choose the one that is most suited to you or mix and match packages for different computers.
From setting up new connections to changing broadband providers, we will find the best option for your situation. We also offer wireless site surveys from small apartments to large businesses.
